I does it, lOL. My last post was JANUARY~!? Quite a while ago ^.^;; Not like nothing's happening, nope; lovely, exciting, wonderful things are happening in my life~~ And then of course there's the routine, the changed plans, the annoying, the not-so-wonderful. But God continues to blow my mind with His continued...over-awesomeness. Yes, over-awesomeness. Eloquent, I am. A million praises to my Abba Father. And in the spirit of Thanksgiving yesterday, omigosh AM I THANKFULLLL xDDD~

What is my focus? Where is my heart? Is it not in You, Lord, the maker and perfecter of my faith? In You I have purpose, I have life, I have love. A broken sinner, I fall down before the God of the universe, humbled and in awe of my heavenly Father. Thank you, God, for Your promises. Thank you, my refuge and strength.

Forgive me for my shortcomings. Forgive me for my weaknesses. Forgive me for my doubts.

I like showers . They`re nice and I can blast hot water and mix it with cold water to a perfect proportion of hot to cold water for a custom-made level of warm water to suit my particular tastes of the time . Awesome . And then the water falls with good pressure and then I get to use my shampoo and conditioner and body wash and make ginormous bubbles and giggle when they pop in my face . And then I spit because I often get it on my tongue and it tastes icky.

When I`m in the shower and I talk to myself or whatever, no one can hear me.

And when I feel like crap and want to scream and cry and rip something up or punch something, I can take a shower instead . And by the time I come out, I`m all better . Not to mention clean.

I`m all better.

Yes, it sure does . But that`s just about all i have to say about that =P ~ i had my first exam today [ yesterday ]. Uhm . It sucked butt LOL >.>

So what`s been going on recently ? Nwee ~ not really sure ahaha . Lotsa days off from school, but that`s over now so no more breaks until thanksgiving =T . Lotsa random stuff . Lotsa distracting things for me to waste my time on on the internet teehee xPP ~ Master procrastinator is not a title that comes easy, y`know =O .

Exhibit A - Water . And rocks . Outside the st. george ferry terminal, ballpark side . it was gorgeous out and i had my spiffy new camera and i was bored waiting for my ride lOL so i decided to snap a few pics . There was so much garbage ROFL ~ Oooh and i saw a cat =] Urrkk . . . but then there was this creepy mta worker dude who randomly came up to me and was all like, "want me to take a picture of you by the water?" And i`m just like, "err. . . *uneasy smile* no thank you" lOL . Then he goes, "aww but you look so gorgeous ! let me take a picture with your camera for you." Me : O.o; "no really, it`s okay . . . i live here anyway lOL i`m always around here. . . " Him : "are you sure ? it would be my pleasure." So it was getting reeally uncomfortable ahaha sooo I decided to play the boyfriend card LOLL and said, "no it`s fine . my bf is coming to pick me up soon anyway , he should be here any second." And then he was all like, "oh alright . . . have a good day," and finally left xDD;;

Exhibit C - My dorm wall piccy collage ~! = ] ♥ Yup , finally put it up . . .during the time i was supposed to have been studying for orgo LOL =XX . It`s right above my desk where dearie laptop neji-kun sits ~~ It`s very distracting xD but gives me warm happy fuzzies ^x^ . There`s pics from the end of senior year at high school thru this past summer . plus a postcard my tracy dear sent me from her italy trip =D ~

Exhibit D - OBSESSION I ~!! ♡ It`s Bleach Vol. 1 !! ^.^ This series is truly amazing . Sure it`s mainstream and sure people may think it`s overhyped , but I disagree . Bleach earned its popularity , even if those people who made it popular themselves may not fully realize its true worth ~ Kubo tite-sensei is pure genius . The plot is beautifully evolved , each stroke of art and every panel is purposefully and gorgeously drawn , the action is wonderfully rendered , and the heart of the story -- the [many] characters, but especially the main ones: Ichigo , Rukia , Orihime , etc . . -- are amazingly developed . It`s complex and deep and very relational , even if it`s a shounen manga geared towards boys . I love this series so much . The bleachness community on livejournal really showed me how to appreciate the manga in particular . The moderator in this comm wrote several essays , this one for example , that made me reconsider the artistic distinction between manga and anime . and there sure is a HUGE one . The paneling , the lines, the detailed facial expressions , and so much more is integral to fully grasping the whole, true story , the way the creator meant for it to be understood . Just to cut this short [lOL =P] , there`s something more to reading the manga than just breezing through the pages in 2 minutes . take your time and really look at what kubo-sensei has presented to us . it`s one phenomenal show .

Exhibit E - OBSESSION II ~!! ♡ It`s FMA Vol. 17 !! I`ve waited SOOOO long for this xDD ! FMA chapters take an entire month to come out, unfortunately D: which makes for super slow volume releases . in fact , vol. 18 doesn`t come out until may 2009 !! MAY 2009 !!! @.@ Well. . . good things come to those who wait lOL . and it`ll be my birthday ? ahaha =P . Ahh . . . what to say about FMA [teehee that rhymed =P ] . Storytelling genius , once again . A vastly different story than most others of this genre , I believe . Arakawa-sensei has a different sort of brilliance , and I continue to believe that FMA stands on a slightly different level than the rest =O . Just off the top of my head ~ the action`s more subtle , less in-your-face . Not that in-your-face is bad, lOL . But FMA action is not so much about the big fight sequences as it is about the context, circumstances , reason behind it all . . . anyway LOL . The series isn`t as popular now that the anime`s ended . . . actually the manga itself appears to be nearing an end as well DDD: I is sad !! But hey . . . word on the street is they`re planning to remake the anime so that it actually follows the manga !! =DDD ! I is happy ! lOL =P Okie i stop now =]

Exhibit F - TWILIGHT ! xDDD ~ Yesh, i`m one of those =P . don`t hate ~~ It`s a lovely series [but OMIGOSH i still need to read breaking dawn !!! =.=] . It`s an easy read , a simple concept . But i don`t know . . . stephanie meyer just did something to make it new again . sweet . suspenseful . romantic . thrilling . doesn`t try to be anything it`s not . it`s just a wonderful story that takes you away from reality . I like it that way =] It doesn`t hurt that it`s oh so tasty and squee-worthy, either xDD ~~
